For the past two days, our teachers have been participating in a computer training where they have gained skills in general operations, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and accessing the internet. It has been a fun and challenging time. This training is simply the beginning of our focus on technology but at least has given everyone a foundation of familiarity on which we will build. Today marked the closure of first term. We celebrated this milestone with a colorful assembly that included class awards and student presentations. We were thrilled to see so many parents in attendance. It was a great celebration of learning that has taken place over the term. Thanks to all who participated. We wish all students a wonderful break but encourage them to keep busy reading and writing during the holiday. See you on the 28th for the start of term 2!
