At UA, we welcome applications from any kid of school age and our admissions policy reflects our inclusive mindset. Whatever the age of the child, before offering a place we need to know the child's previous educational background and know how well he or she will be suited to the program we offer. The process to be followed in considering an application depends very much on the stage the child has reached in their education.

PROCESS
  • Check availability for the classes you require
  • Pay registration fee of 20,000 RWF 
        GT Bank, account number  211-157195-1-5101-0
  • Bring payment receipt to the school office along with the completed registration form, 1 passport photo and any school reports from previous schools
All students are expected to be in school 15 minutes before classes begin and are not permitted to leave during the school day. The school feeding program is compulsory.
The schedule for the different classes are as follows:
  • Nursery: 8:30am - 12:20pm
  • Primary 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Lower secondary  8:30am - 5:00pm
On Wednesdays, because of staff CPD, learners go home at 3:30pm.

School Uniform
Full set of uniform costs Rwf 46,700 in Nursery, Rwf 50,800 in Primary, and Rwf 55,000 in Lower secondary. This includes:
  • 2 complete uniforms
  • 1 sweater/ jacket for secondary
  • 1 sports outfit for only Nursery and Primary
  • 1 pairs of socks for only Nursery and Primary.
